The Kona region on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii produces some of the finest, most expensive and sought after coffees in the world. Known for sweetness and balance, Kona coffee maintains its reputation supported by nearly 200 years of heritage. Extra Fancy is the highest grade of Kona coffee, representing the best of the best. It produces a cup with delicate floral character and notes of toffee, peach, nougat and honey butter.

"Extra Fancy" is a classification system used by the State of Hawaii to regulate bean size/quality and represents the highest grade that Hawaiian farms produce. 

Quality Extra Fancy Kona Coffee is clean and well balanced with a medium body and cheerful, bright acidity yet often exhibiting spicy and buttery qualities with subtle wine tones, intensely aromatic, with a wonderful finish.
